FAQ

How to choose the right injection molding material? ▶

When choosing materials, the decision should be made based on the product's application, performance requirements and cost budget. Common materials include ABS, PP, PC, etc. ABS has high strength and impact resistance, and is suitable for automotive parts. PP is lightweight and chemically resistant, making it suitable for household products. Other factors such as heat resistance and environmental protection standards (such as RoHS) should also be taken into account. We can offer professional advice to help you optimize material selection.

How should molds be cleaned and maintained after daily use? ▶

After closing, any remaining material should be immediately removed using a pure copper scraper, a soft cloth and a special mold cleaner. Do not scratch with hard objects such as steel. After cleaning, apply anti-rust oil, close the mold, and then store it.

What is the usual delivery cycle for injection molds? ▶

The standard delivery cycle is 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the mold, order volume and design modifications. For urgent demands, we can negotiate to shorten the time, such as prioritizing resource scheduling, but this may involve additional charges. It is recommended that you communicate your requirements as early as possible. We will strive to flexibly meet your time limit requirements while ensuring quality.

How to ensure the quality of injection molded products? ▶

We ensure product quality through a strict quality control process, including mold design verification, real-time monitoring during the production process (such as adjustment of pressure and temperature parameters), and finished product inspection (such as size measurement and appearance inspection). In addition, advanced equipment and an ISO standard management system are adopted to help prevent defects and ensure that each batch of products meets customer specifications.
