What costs are included in your quotation?▶
For mold quotations, our quotation includes design fees, core processing fees, material costs, 2 trial mold fees, and regular packaging fees. If transportation is required, the corresponding transportation costs will be included. Many customers worry that once the price is confirmed, it may change later. We guarantee absolute price transparency. Many manufacturers offer low prices upfront, only to raise prices later for various reasons, which is essentially irresponsible to customers. We will not charge any additional fees unless mold modifications are required due to product design changes.
How is the quotation calculated? Will the quotation change if we adjust product size, structure, precision, batch quantity, etc.? ▶
The quotation is mainly based on the product structure, precision required for mass production, expected service life for mass production, and the number of cavities to be made. Undoubtedly, more complex structures require more mechanisms, making processing more difficult. If high precision and more cavities are required at the same time, the processing time will be extended, and the overall price will naturally increase. Moreover, higher requirements lead to exponential price growth. Conversely, simple structures and low precision requirements result in lower prices. It's similar to wood carving: if you only need a simple carving of a small plant or animal, the workload is small and many carpenters can do it. But if you need to carve a Buddha statue, it not only takes longer but also requires the craftsman's skill and experience, making it difficult to lower the price.
How long is the mold opening cycle for products? ▶
The general mold opening cycle is between 20-45 days, depending on product requirements and complexity. Higher precision will require more time. We typically allow a 1–2 day safety buffer as part of our supply chain risk control. We guarantee on-time delivery unless there are force majeure events. For this reason, we never commit to a delivery timeline we cannot meet—what we promise is what we deliver. Punctuality and integrity are among the core principles that have sustained our business.
Can you produce based on the product drawings/samples we provide? Are there any technical difficulties? If yes, how to solve them? Will it affect the quotation and cycle?▶
For our company, it will be best if customers can provide 3D and 2D drawings. Once cooperation is confirmed, we will make A DFM based on the drawings, communicate with customer about potential risks and suggestions, and ensure that the mold we produce is suitable for mass production. A mold that cannot be mass-produced is useless no matter how exquisite it is, so we will communicate all risk points and suggestions in detail with the customer before mold opening and reach an agreement. If the customer is not a professional in the industry and cannot provide drawings but only samples, we will model based on the samples provided by the customer under compliance requirements. At the same time, we will also make DFM and report the customer of the risks and suggestions for mold opening, and only start mold manufacturing after full communication with the customer.
Can you produce using the materials we specify? How much will the cost and cycle increase with specified materials?▶
Regarding raw materials, we usually recommend customers to specify materials, and we will purchase them through formal channels. If customers specify materials and models, we will inform them the current market price of the material and make a reasonable quotation based on this price, so the material price is transparent. If customers do not specify material models, we will also recommend some high-reliability brands based on our supply chain to ensure the stable quality of mass-produced products.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can you provide quotations for small-batch trial production? What is the price difference between small-batch and large-batch production?▶
Generally, our MOQ is more than 2000 pieces/set. Although we can accept smaller MOQs, the loss during each machine startup will be greater, and the cost cannot be well distributed, so the unit price will naturally increase significantly. From the perspective of customer interests, we do not recommend customers to place orders in this way.
Do you have relevant certifications such as ISO9001 and ISO14001?Can you provide qualification certificates?▶
We passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. Once we start a cooperative relationship, we will provide the corresponding qualification certificates.
Is your raw material procurement channel stable? Will raw material shortages affect the delivery cycle? If raw material prices rise, will the quotation be adjusted?▶
We purchase raw materials from well-known domestic and foreign brands, which provide high guarantees for delivery time and quality. If the raw material price fluctuation is within 8%, we will not make corresponding price adjustments. If there is a significant increase or decrease in raw material prices, we will negotiate with the customer to make corresponding price adjustments.
What is your production scale? How many production equipment and technical personnel do you have? Can you ensure long-term stable cooperation?▶
The comapny was founded in 2008, our company is located in the Industrial Park, Zhangpu Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China. We have standardized production workshops equipped with dozens of full-process precision equipment (CNC, EDM, WEDM, precision injection molding machines, measuring equipment, etc.), and currently have more than 60 professional technical personnel. The annual mold production capacity is 300 sets, and the injection molding product capacity is over 50 million pieces. We can fully ensure long-term stable cooperation.
Who will be the contact person during the cooperation process? If problems arise, who to contact for resolution? What is the response time?▶
OAfter the project is approved, we will form a team consisting of dedicated sales, engineering, and design personnel to be fully responsible for the project. They will be responsible for order coordination, project progress tracking, problem coordination, etc. We will respond within 2 hours on working days and provide a solution within 1 working day; for time zones with time differences, we will respond within 12 hours and provide a solution within 2 working days. For emergency issues (such as production abnormalities, delivery delays), we will immediately activate the emergency mechanism to ensure quick problem resolution without affecting the cooperation progress.
